1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of the Alomas Property and Travel website and the enquiry, consultation and booking services offered through it. By using the site you accept them.
2. Listings and information
Property and travel information is provided in good faith and verified to the best of our ability at the time of publication. Prices, availability and specifications can change without notice and do not constitute an offer or a contract.
3. Enquiries and consultations
Submitting an enquiry does not reserve a property or a trip. Consultations are advisory; we are not attorneys, surveyors, lenders or tax advisers and recommend independent professional advice before any transaction.
4. Travel bookings
Travel bookings are subject to the terms of the relevant supplier (hotel, airline, operator or host), including their cancellation and refund policies. Deposits confirm a booking; balances are due before departure. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
5. Property transactions
Property purchases, rentals and investments are governed by the law of the country where the property sits. Funds are handled through the appointed attorney or escrow arrangement, never informally.
6. Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site or from third-party supplier failures, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
